MILBEMAX Tablets for Small Dogs & Puppies and MILBEMAX Tablets for Dogs are small, easy to administer tablets that prevent heartworm and treats roundworm, hookworm, whipworm and tapeworm in dogs.
- For treatment of gastrointestinal worms – TREAT EVERY 3 MONTHS
- For heartworm prevention – TREAT MONTHLY
Product Summary:
- Treatment of roundworms, hookworm, tapeworm when used every three months

Precautions:
- Dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infection prior to starting treatment with Milbemax
- If any unusual signs develop following treatment with Milbemax tablets, contact your veterinarian
- The formulation for dogs is not suitable for use in cats
- Can be used in puppies from a minimum age of 2 weeks
- Use the appropriate dose size and tablet number for the dog’s body weight
- Milbemax Tablets for Puppies and Small Dogs can be administered orally to puppies and small dogs weighing between 0.5 and 5 kilograms at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks of age
- Adult dogs and older puppies can then be treated every 3 months for treatment of intestinal worms and once monthly for prevention of heartworm
- Can be used in breeding dogs
- In hydatid tapeworm areas dogs should be dosed monthly or follow veterinary advice
